SHRI SAI SIDDASHRAMA Trust was formally announced by Sri. Mallanna Diggi who is also the chief patron, with other villagers and devotees in 2005 at Ibrahimpur, Shahapur Taluk, Yadgir District, Karnataka, India. The trust came into legal existence in 2014 with the drafting the Trust Deed and bylaws, and registration of the trust.

The trust has elected trustees administering the affairs of the trust including investments, accounting, reporting to the community and filing tax returns. Under no circumstance does the trust make any discretionary decision whether any individual or group within the community receive trust assets for their benefit.

Trust has the following objectives


To establish, maintain, run, develop, improve,
extend, grant, Pooja and Prasada for and to aid and assist in the establishment, maintenance,
improvement and extension of
SHRI SAI SIDDASHRAMA.

To establish, with required infrastructure and to maintain, and develop for the SHRI SAI SIDDASHRAMA.

To institute construct and maintain the SHRI SAI SIDDASHRAMA to encourage the Hindu devotee community to perform religious activities.

To organize, conduct and assist in organizing and conducting the religious activities for the benefit of the Hindu devotees and other religious.
